Five things made in Canada for under $300
We went looking for things made in Canada that cost under $300, and we came back with five. Making things in this country costs money, and most of what we find starts above three hundred dollars. These five do not.
They come from five makers spread from Whitehorse to St. John's, starting with a $25 wool cap knit in Newfoundland and Labrador and ending with a $178 flannel shirt woven from Japanese cotton. Four of the five name the town they are made in, and the fifth will only say Canada.
