Elm Bushknife

Origin Handcrafted cuts the Elm Bushknife's blade from reclaimed sawmill steel and fits it with an elm handle and a stitched leather sheath. Marc Liss makes it by hand in Balmoral, Manitoba, a village north of Winnipeg, and builds each one to order rather than keeping stock. Elm is the outlier here, since walnut handles most of the shop's other knives. Origin Handcrafted designs and makes every piece in the same Balmoral workshop, so nothing about this bushknife crosses a border before it reaches you.
