Quartz Co. sews the Champlain, a down winter parka, in Montreal, Quebec, on the brand's Heritage line. The company makes other parka lines outside Canada, and Borealia lists the Heritage line only, never the rest of the catalogue. Quartz Co. runs its own factory and storefront in Montreal's Mile End neighbourhood. Check the Heritage tag before assuming any other Quartz Co. jacket was made the same way, because most were not.
