The Field Coat

Anián designs the Field Coat in Victoria, British Columbia, and cuts and sews it in Vancouver, a separate step in a separate city. The cloth itself is milled in Prato, Italy, so the coat carries no made-in-Canada claim even though two of its three stages happen here. Anián keeps these stages distinct rather than folding them into one claim, and its own materials describe the cloth only as melton wool, without naming a weight or finish. Two Canadian cities and one Italian mill go into a single coat, and Borealia lists all three.
